They are so close to the 2nd apron, don't they? They will need to give you more back?Ime loves him.
Interesting idea. I like both players in their roles, but I'm not sure they do much to raise our ceiling. We might be a team 9 deep with solid "B" level players, but without sufficient high-end talent to actually make some real noise.I see that Minnesota is a club that might be going after Giannis. I understand people don't want Bridges considering his age and salary. What if we could get Naz Reid and and McDaniels who are 26 and 25 and are paid reasonably for the next 5 and 4 years respectively?
I see what you are saying. They are both pretty damn good B level players. It would be a tough callInteresting idea. I wouldn't do the deal as constructed let alone add both swaps and I'm assuming you're saying the Bucks would get the best pick out of ours, theirs and Boston's in 2029 because the ship sailed on just giving them their pick back when we traded the Wizards the second best of those three.Milwaukee would get their pick back and the two swaps cancelled. Well, I don't want Giannis so if you think we are giving up too much, then we can give less picks and MN add some.I wouldn't do the deal as constructed let alone add both swaps and I'm assuming you're saying the Bucks would get the best pick out of ours, theirs and Boston's in 2029 because the ship sailed on just giving them their pick back when we traded the Wizards the second best of those three.
Again though, I think giving up Scoot, Caleb, Jerami and let's just say Matisse for Reid, McDaniels, Dillingham and Ingles is a bad trade for us before adding in any draft considerations.
The Wolves are getting away with highway robbery. They're just giving up their role players and they're getting back a superstar... and you have us as the ones giving up draft capital. Do you hate our team???
Why on earth in this scenario wouldn't we keep Caleb and take Giannis? I'm not a huge fan of that deal but at least we're getting a superstar in it.
Yeah I don't want Giannis either and I like the idea of us getting Naz and Jaden but I wouldn't overpay for them by more than double their value just to facilitate Giannis going to a team we have to play like 4 times a season.Well, I don't want Giannis so if you think we are giving up too much, then we can give less picks and MN add some.
One of them was injured each year. We never saw them in the playoffs together for a series and things were going great during the season before they fired Bud. They also won the Cup when healthy last season. Two first-round-and-out playoffs.
They could be. Or it could be us moving up 5 or 6 spots. If we hang on to them, the Bucks have absolutely no incentive to tank, and 2 years to try to elevate those picks to being mediocre swaps. Their highest value as an actual draft pick belongs to Milwaukee, IMO.None of the dudes that have been mentioned are worth what could potentially be top 10 picks.
To be fair, this isn't even Barry's idea. He's a Miami writer, not a national one. He even says he's just passing along what he heard on ESPN. Why he thinks he needs to do that is beyond me.Barry Jackson is a boner. That Warriors offer sucks.
You don't need incentive to be awful. You can just be awful. They could be. Or it could be us moving up 5 or 6 spots. The bottom 3 in the east are clearly trying to be awful. Beyond that, without trying to be awful, you should at least be play in caliberYou don't need incentive to be awful. You can just be awful.

Ask yourself "would Sam Presti do this?" And if the answer is no (and it is) then you shouldn't do it.
If he goes to NY without us, then that likely means Milwauke landing KAT, or something around Bridges. I'm saying they wouldn't do a quick tear down and build back up turnaround, they'd stick themselves in purgatory, but hurt our swapsNothing I have seen from Milwaukee has led me to believe that they will actually be able to rebuild quickly. If Giannis puts them in a spot where he will only go to NY or Miami, the Bucks are screwed.

I'd be shocked if they actually did that. NY has no picks at all. Kinda feels similar to when we were looking to trade Dame. The Bucks need to wait this out. Or maybe they do Giannis a solid because he got them a ring and they take back shit. This will be interesting to watch, for sure.If he goes to NY without us, then that likely means Milwauke landing KAT, or something around Bridges. 99% of the trade ideas I have seen online all involve Portland getting royally screwed.New York wants to dump Towns, and this idiot thinks we should give up three 1st rounds picks for him?
