Matt bush was in prison, came back, switched positions and now is in the big leagues. Connaughton is a pitcher with a fastball. He'd be in the majors sooner rather than later.

Stiemsma is eliminated at center....as he is the odd man out
So IMO we either have to cut 2 of these 3 and keep Jerrett, or 1 of these 3 and cut Jerrett:

Connaughton, Montero, and Quarterman. And I have not seen Quarterman play. I really need more time to decide. But if I had to guess right now I would say.......Keep Jerrett because of potential and cut Quarterman.
That leaves Montero or Connaughton.......no idea who looks better in practice. I guess cut Montero

I am still sticking to what I said 10 days ago. If Ezeli is close to coming back Stiemsma will be cut, Montero has already been cut, and Quarterman has not played.......so I assume he will also be cut.

More I think about it the more confident I get that it'll be Jerrett. Still relatively young. He was a big time talent coming out of high school. Great shooter. Those guys will always have value, especially in Stotts' system. Gives the team another stretch 4, and has the size to eventually bang down low defensively.

Agreed. They are going to cut someone who would probably be 10th-11th man (instead of 15th man) on at least a handful of other teams in the NBA.
