So, poor man's Herro?
Edit. Or more like Herro without the ball handling skills.

I'll try to keep an open mind about him.Way more athletic
Bennedict Mathurin when it's all said and done will be a better player over all than HerroSo, poor man's Herro?

Watching Mathurin at Arizona I felt he had a Lillard-like attitude and toughness out there. Just seemed like a baller. Looked the part. Different positions. He just felt the same. However that is also how I felt about Kansas Jayhawk Ben Mclemore. As did much of the league with him being drafted what, 5?

in 2013, the Kings took Ben McLemore at #7, the Blazers took CJ McCollum at #10.
The mystery guy some people compared to Scottie Pippen. Little did they know he's end up being better than Scottie Pippen.I wonder who Milwaukee took?
I remember that Danny Ainge went to scout Giannis in Greece. Interesting that Giannis grew a couple inches between January and the time of the draft. Seems like that would be something you'd want to keep tabs on.I wonder who Milwaukee took?

Edit: It's so sad for Sacramento. In 2012 the Kings chose Thomas Robinson at #5, then the Trail Blazers took Damian Lillard at #6.

Johnny Davis?I saw Tracy McGrady said there will be only two all-stars from this draft: Jabari Smith and Johnny Davis.
I think some teams are going to regret passing on Ivey.Ivey will.

Johnny Davis is the next BRoy. Quiet leaders, same strengths/weaknesses when entering the league. I think JD is the most underrated guy in the draft.
He got some CJ tendency where he doesn’t really pass. Not the best one on one scorer. That being said he’s a solid shooter, good enough of a one on one scorer and got some good on ball defense stuff. I think he should be higher than mathurin for sure. Got more skills than himI was just watching him on YouTube. He does remind me of b Roy a little bit. I’m confused why this guy isn’t getting more love in the draft process
I was one of the biggest Davis fans before the tournament. I thought he'd go top 5 in the draft. I love his ability to drive and finish by either going right or left. He can get to any spot he wants on the floor. But the biggest indicator for future success for me was his rebounding at 6'5. He's tenacious on defense too.He got some CJ tendency where he doesn’t really pass. Not the best one on one scorer.
