If we’re just gonna get our asses beat, might as well trade Grant and Brogdon sooner rather than later so we can get our asses beat with more assets.
Agreed that they should be traded.

Unfortunately, I think they are just as big of contributors to the $#|% show we've been watching.

The vets are supposed to help calm the team and be a steadying presence. Neither one is playing 'hard' right now

Scoot 17/10 with 1 turnover and 0 fouls. That’s what I care about. Growth. Brogdon and Simons both had money on the Mavs. And this is after a practice? Trade Simons, Jerami, and Malcolm ASAP. More minutes for Murray and Rupert please.
I have yet to see anything from Murray to help me understand why he was drafted in the first round...

1 whole single solitary rebound from out starting 'power' forward.....yet again.

That is now 10x he has had 1 rebound OR LESS this season. That is embarrassingly bad.
His rebounding wouldn't be so bad if we got another forward who could rebound, and played Grant at SF, which is is more natural position.

yeah, I was going to make that argument but I got bogged down in debating the meaning of 'few' in a wisecrack I made. It's hard to be sure though because of the 189 minute sample size

looking at the draft class, the only two of 37 players drafted after Murray with a statistical advantage are Camara (52nd) and Trayce Jackson-Davis (57th). I know some people here were high on Leonard Miller but he hasn't done anything yet in the league. I think he was injured for a while but mostly he's in G-League. Going to be tough for him to get minutes in Minny playing behind KAT, Gobert, Naz Reid, and Kyle Anderson

Miller was my pick. He hasn't had the opportunity yet in the NBA, but he's been excellent in the GLeague.

But whats more, is Miller is 19 - Murray is 23. Miller shows clear potential skillset advantages at PF. Murray is likely below average as a SF/PF

Billups- "I just don’t know. I can’t put my finger on it, but we leave Phoenix and obviously we lost that game, but man we fought so hard. That game we literally couldn’t make shots, but man we fought hard as heck."

Coach has either lost touch with reality, or he's got his players backs using tall tales of wonderful basketball. The Suns outplayed Portland in every hustle category. The Blazers clearly began slacking in that beatdown. The lightly jogging back on D and flat footed defensive effort began to surface in that contest. The Suns began to viciously thrash the Blazers, and Portland cleared the bench for the entire 4th quarter. No KD, and a 1-15 Booker shooting night kept that game under a 30 point loss.

that Chad Doing radio twerp keeps pestering Blazer fans with "I'm not disappointed with this team, so you shouldn't be either."

now that the Blazers head coach said he's disappointed with Portland's game, i wonder if those 620am shows can quit sugarcoating the losses?
Time to chill out with real Blazer fans on the "our team stinks" sofa.
