if I remember right Batum looked bad in summer league too. Played better with better talent when he was able just play his game.

One thing about Scoot is I wish he'd stop settling for so many midrange jumpers.

Yeah he didn’t score in the second half. He may have exerted too much energy in that first quarter.

This is why a guy like Grant is important. Of course, we want to see Scoot and Shae score the ball. But Grant is going to be a reliable bailout option when things aren’t going.

I like Scoots willingness to pass. He constantly puts pressure on the defense, and does a nice job kicking the ball to his teammates as the defense collapses.
