He has been a big plus for the team. Having a guy that can come in an hit 3s at a good clip is sure nice.

It was tongue in cheek, but in actual seriousness, Caleb has won us 5 games this season while Scoot still hasn’t played. There’s a real chance he will end the season as the more valuable player, lol.

no he isn't a bust at all. I didnt mean to suggest he was a bust. I was thinking the Cronin picks of Scoot, Murray, and Yang. I still hold out hope for Scoot and Murray is a good defender.

It's just a wee bit too soon to know if Yang is going to be worth the pick or not. Dude can't even buy beer.

All I'm saying is not a "star". What do you call someone between star and role player then?

Hence my qualification of "very good" role players.

Bench Player

There are obviously degrees in each category but I'm just saying they aren't stars and they aren't bench players so what would you call them?

Drafted Scoot, Murray and Yang in the Lottery, late and mid 1st round. If it weren't for the very good Deni trade, getting Camara in the Nurkic deal and picking up Love as an UFE, this team would be quite bad. Joe seems to do much better at trades than drafting.

Healthy Scoot is several levels better than Love, IMO, unless we're just talking about getting hot from three. Hopefully we'll get to find out before the end of the season.

Yeah, Scoot is levels above anyone when it comes to turnovers. Saw improvement but still not sold on him.
