Good, We are going to talk about knees. I didn't start playing soccer until I was 25 so maybe that helped, but I played into my early 50's before I quit just because I was worried about the long term damage to my knees and spine. 15 years ago my one knee got so bad I could not walk. Arthritis in one knee was rated "4" which is the worst rating and "3" in the other knee. I was given a hyaluronic acid injection which got me on my feet again but doesn't have a lasting effect. But somehow I leveled out. I take a joint compound that has your usual chondroitin and glucosamine and MSM, I also do isometric exercises that work the knees sideways. Also take turmeric. Walk regularly. I'm now 78 and just in the last year have begun jogging short distances, which was somewhat painful at first but now isn't at all. One reason I haven't thought about knee surgery is that two guys I know got blood clots during the surgery and one of them ended up dying.
