It's because people not getting the vaccine endangers others. Especially prior to enough people getting the vaccine for herd immunity. And people refusing to get it lengthens that time.

You may feel you're young and healthy and don't need it. But you can get it and spread it to older friends or family and they could pay dearly for your choice.

You complain about fake news a lot, but are willing to read something once and roll with it without any sort of looking into it or verifying it. Here's the top article I found in relation to car accident death and covid. Are there mistakes and misreporting? Sure, probably. Humans aren't infallible. Is your argument that the death toll is flu like instead of what is reported? Think it's down in the 38K range of car accidents? Or are you arguing semantics just for the sake of arguing, and 529k deaths is actually 505 or some shit, and somehow you feel this proves a greater point?

im arguing that anyone tossing numbers out to back up a stance is silly to me. On both sides. But the covid death count leads most stances and i think its a stance over unsure footing.

im not basing my opinion of the covid or the vaccine based off a death count no one knows how accurate it is.

It's very simple, vaccines have been proven to reduce death and the severity of illness.

Until its fully FDA approved, I'm not gonna harp on people choosing not to vaccinate. Its a personal decision, and some will choose not to get vaccinated.

The systems are here for a reason.

Does this shot fit the CDC definition? Vaccine: A product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease.

I replied to you that the death toll in this country is considerably higher then in previous years and said that there is a very strong possibility that when it's all said and done it is directly and indirectly due to covid and you want to blame things like car accidents and claim the death toll from covid are wrong and too high. Claims that when asked you can't support. So spinning and bullshitting didn't start with me.

It's going to take years to get an accurate overview of the toll this pandemic has had. Experts are saying that the true death rate of the pandemic has been underreported. This is based on the fact that the overall death toll in this country has taken a drastic increase in 2020. Much higher than the 520,000 deaths due to covid.

Seatbelts can cause harm in car crashes but also seatbelts reduce deaths. Are we safer as a society because of seatbelts? Yes or No?
