Bones you've said Stotts sucks, Aminu sucks, Vonleh sucks.....as far as GTFO.....that whole buzzkill has had me logging out of game threads for the last two seasons....I'm excited for the upcoming season and disagree with your take on it.

Stotts sucks when it comes to certain things and yes, I think Aminu and Vonleh suck (Vonleh's improving though).

Suck is a relative term. They'd both school your ass.

So do they suck as starters? Do they suck as rotation role players? Do they suck so bad that they don't belong in the NBA at all? This is what I'm talking about when I say that you're too absolute in your assessment of players.

They belong in the NBA, they're just not players who would play for a legitimite contender. They're below average for bench players. I'm hoping Vonleh changes my view of him.

But that's a much better assessment than just saying, "They suck!"

But that's two totally different things. Overpaid and trash. They're not mutually exclusive. You can be overpaid AND trash.... but being overpaid doesn't automatically make you trash.

He plays hard, he's loyal, and he's on a team friendly contract. He's likely our best SF and is our best PF. Ideally he should be coming off the bench behind someone like Crowder

Z-Bo was a huge presence in the community in Memphis, and one of the best and most beloved player in their team's history.

Not sure about him playing SG but I agree with the rest. Hes not a terrible player. Needs to work on the dribble. That guy scares me when he runs up the court with the ball. Especially when he runs into traffic. Terrifying.

Aminu also shows up in the biggest games, including the playoffs for two years straight. Can't hate on someone who elevates his game to another level when the team needs it the most.

He makes game changing shots....ugly shots but game changing shots pretty often...and gets steals when we need stops...I'm a fan of his game and he's still young...doesn't complain about his role no matter how you play him...great value contract...I don't get the hate at all
