Chris Paul is NOT a Laker . . . FML

Hahaha. From a player

On a side note, I would throw pretty much everything at Milwaukee to get Bogut

He is healthier than any center we have, but I am not sure I would throw everything to get him.

This is what I'd love to see happen. 1.) somehow nj finds a third team to entice magic to give Howard. 2.) after that deal is done, then the Paul deal somehow gets approved. 3.) lakers immediately rescind on their offer.

Now that would be justice.

In search of young talent to acquire Chris Paul, source says #Lakers offer Pau Gasol to the Warriors.

So I take it they finally realized that the talent HOU has is garbage so they are off to plan-b?

Sources say Lakers will instead trade Lamar Odom to Dallas into Mavericks' new trade exception

Told u all along that this was about Howard. Once the lakers found out about Howard, they lost interest in Paul.

They value dwight howard over cp3. I'm thinking they will try to get him while keeping gasol

X

My guess would be Bynum + $12m TPE for Howard.

I'm just glad CP3 didn't get his way.

Here's to someone helping the nets getting Howard. Glasnost my ass!!!

I think they will dangle Gasol to try to get younger talent for Orlando.

If they take that shitty deal over the Nets offer, they deserve to lose him

If I was the blazers, I would use some pieces to help nj get Howard. We could use lopez. Lol

I hope Chicago lands Dwight.

What young team is going to give up their young cornerstones for a 32 year-old Gasol?

Cp3 must feel like shit. He was attempted to be acquired for the sole purpose of enticing dwight howard to demand trade to los angeles

Yep he should feel used. Don't worry cp3, we will take you. We have a soft spot for stars with ailing knees!

If I was Orlando, I would do anything to keep Howard from going to LA. Would you really want ANOTHER of your superstar centers going to the Lakers in their prime so you can watch them win championships? I sure as hell wouldn't help make that happen.

Dwight has to make a choice and not make a myopic decision base purely because it's L.A.

Do you want to play next to a 33 year-old Bryant?

Or do you want to play next to a 27 year-old Deron Williams?

Also keep in mind that a 33 year old Bryant is more like a 36 year old. He came to the nba at 18.

Would you want to play in LA were the ugly women are fucking hot, or in New Jersey were the hot women are Mary buttofuoco?

Well considering new York is the model capital of the worl, I think he will be fine.

Not with those knees. I could see it now... Paul has a pretty good but not great season with the Blazers. Says he loves the fans and the city, he signs an extension with us only to have his knees go out after the 14th ga me of the 2012-2013 season and he takes down Aldridge along with him. Aldridge subsequently has career ending knee surgery and both retire. We are stuck with only Wesley Matthews and no young stud since we miss out on a great pick in the previous draft.

In short, no.
