Yep. OKC has to choose between Ibaka and Adams and it seems that they have chosen Adams.

I just don't know. Honestly, I'd almost rather have Howard. I know he's older, and I know he has a history of back problems.... but the guy is a proven scorer. He's a threat in the post. Whiteside is not.

Some of those are no big deal to renounce (Joe Johnson, Stoudemire, Wright) but some of those are not no-brainers (Deng and Tyler Johnson who they really like as a young guy). But yes, huge is at least slight overstatement. Cut for sure though. And it could be a HUGE cut if they do keep one of their cap holds or resign a guy.

Whiteside averaged 14 pts a game last year. Howard averaged 13.7 last year, 15.8 the year before. As his athleticism has declined, so has his ability to score.
