Try to get them to compare it to the 19-20 team?Haha I still can’t think of how Olshey can look at anyone with a straight face and say the roster got better.

No, but I am guessing the joke is on me now!you know what j/k means?
I would never use that; there should be a little bit of mystery in life.
Well dog gone, i didn't know that either. I use to go to JK Gills @ Lloyd Center. No, but I am guessing the joke is on me now!
I think with our remaining TPMLE money that we might be able to get Patrick Patterson and not only can he defend the post and the PnR on the perimeter, the dude hits the three. He's 32 so a three year deal starting at the rest of the TPMLE ~5M wouldn't be a bad get.I am wondering if Rondae might end up being our best bet for a defensive stopper. (on a cheap contract) I understand his offense is horrible, but who is out there who is better defensively? Or who is as good with a better offensive game?
He guards a lot of positions and he could be used primarily as a specialist against certain teams.

Doesn’t look like we are interested in Millsap
nothing olshey has done this summer has made sense. so this shouldn't be surprising i suppose.https://bleacherreport.com/articles...ck-and-the-new-age-veteran-free-agency-market

Whether or not, anyone in S2 approves of Neil's decisions, i doubt he give 2 fucks. I think the team feels with an improved mindset, and commitment to Billips' ideas, they can compete against anyone. Health is everything. This team was 12 games over .500 with 2 of their top 3 players missing 50 + games combined. I still hope they make a move, but if they don't, i will still support them 100%. And I see a potential great season, if they stay healthy. And that is the case with all the contending teams.nothing olshey has done this summer has made sense. so this shouldn't be surprising i suppose.

It take's 2 to tango. Do you know , for sure, the Blazers haven't contacted Millsap? And if they did, maybe he's not interested.GS might land Porter Jr, Millsap, and Iggy all with minimums.
Iggy is done, fine, but the other two can still contribute.
Contrast that with Snell/McLemore/Zeller and you see why nearly every publication has given our offseason Ds and Fs.
still miles better than Tony Snell.I just don't get all the Otto Porter Jr. Love. He was good in Washington, sure. But since, he's been mostly injured, and inconsistent play hasn't earned him a prominent role.
Sure taste good though.Drinking this much Kool Aid might be injurious to your health.

Or a franchise that believes, with health, they have everything they need. That doesn't mean Neil won't make a huge move if the price is right. And maybe Kevin Love gets bought out. He'd be a nice add at a minimum price.still miles better than Tony Snell.
All this said, the way we have operated this summer gives credence to the idea that we want to skirt the tax line and potentially get under come the deadline. We're behaving like a cheap franchise that's not serious about winning.
iggy is done and washed for sure, he's gonna serve the Haslem role for whom GS is paying out the nose for in taxes. Porter and maybe now Millsap will be good additions.I don't get the Iguodala love. The dude will be 38 in January.
I would rather have RHJ.
Millsap never made sense in Portland next season. For starters he’s not gonna come here to be a third string center. The starting 5 is set whether fans like it or not, so even if he did sign, his minutes would come at the expense of Nas. No thanks.
