Something I've noticed about Aminu. He never goes for the hard to grab rebounds, but he seems to like fighting for the rebounds that a teammate would have gotten anyways.

I agree, but knowing, and being able to do something about it, are completely different things. Olshey tried to do that with Turner, he was the best available, it hasn't worked out. Who else is clearly a better option (not a roll of the dice, that's what Turner was), and realistically available?
