In the Interview with Haynes he made it pretty clear that he wants to play in Portland, but i also think Love just wants out of Cleveland badly. He probably would take any other team than Cleveland

Blake Griffin type buyout candidate is the only way. Cleveland is just dumb enough to think someone will actually trade value for Love though, so they will probably hold on to him until the very end.
