If Thomas Robinson played against the Kings every night, he'd be an All-Star.
It's the MODA curse. This never happened when the games were held at the Rose Garden.
Hearing about the empty seats gives me hope I may be able to take my girls to game or two this year. If I lived closer, I'd be there tonight. I also can't take the upper level vertigo. Any time someone wants to get me decent seats for a decent price, I'll make the trip. In the meantime, the closest I'm getting to this game tonight is this game thread.
Wheels is nice and all, but it just isn't the same. I'm too young to remember, but didn't they have some sort of a PPV option a long time ago? Why didn't they do something like that statewide when it was obvious no one was going to get the channel? I'm sure Comcast would have been all for people in areas without Comcast overpaying them.
A guy in my office is a big Blazers fan (not as big a fan as me, but stillYep, we FINALLY got the channel down here and no one even realizes/cares anymore. They've really killed all interest in large portions of the state.
). He lives in a small town nearby that has Charter. He didn't even know he could get the games now. When I told him, he shrugged and said he probably wouldn't pay for it. He's lived without the games for so long, it doesn't matter anymore. I agree this ComCrap fiasco has drawn on so long they have completely lost a lot of fans.A guy in my office is a big Blazers fan (not as big a fan as me, but still). It seems like Lillard is driving less this season...
Mo is definitely starting to wear on my patience.
That's why I get so sick of the stupid Blazer media. They tried to hype him, when he deserves no hype. He's done nothing. I was excited to see him come on the team... now my only excitement is to see him off the team at some point.
That's actually pretty much how I am. Honestly, with the games not on TV frequently, it's very easy to not care about the games much. I've gotten used to not watching games or really being that concerned about the team most of the time.
The problem is that he's not playing like a point guard. He's a shooting guard, and at this point I would much rather see CJ as our backup shooting guard.
