To scare the city. The city would be damn to pass on this when they are not putting up any money other than the normal street and sewer upgrades..

This is a huge tax generator for them. This is probably the last little negotiations that are probably going on

I know for sure, however, City of Portland Management now is what concerns me. Lets put it this way, I don't see them being aggressive in getting something done. Just not in their DNA, unless its motors scooters or food carts.

I remember the last guys a few years back talked about the site off 205 and Lawnfield rd where antenna's are standing. It would actually be a perfect site as its close right off 205 back against Mt.Talbert flat and ready.

Yes. With OMSI about to turn into a high density district - I believe parking could be an option across the river. The pedestrian bridge is a perfect complement to a stadium.
 
Kerry Eggers is reporting PDP has the stadium announcement for Nov 29th

Says it’s probably terminal 1 or 2 site

Well really Motor scooters and Food carts aren't City Of Portland so tough to gauge it from that? Word i'm getting is they are pretty hot on this and helping in any way they can which isn't much because this is a private ownership and there is no bond or tax payer money.
 
It's really too bad that I5 is right off the river. We need to move that crap to the aest... without I5 you'd have numerous perfect spots along the eastern riverbank.
