That didn't work out well for them at all. But Wiseman is not without skills. There are some things he can do that are quite unique for a big man. But the Warriors have been in a title window and don't really feel they can wait on young players to develop. Also, it is reported that Draymond berates the hell out of this kid and he is quite intimidated when he gets on the floor with him.

But he has potential. Watch his mobility, and how he runs the court after a block.....was the first player to the other end after blocking a shot at the opponents rim. And he actually dunks the ball quite often around the rim....or from the bottom of the FT circle towards the end of the video, and he can shoot the '3' a little. It was a blowout loss to the Nets, but there are some things on there many big men can't do in a pick up scrimmage, let alone in a game. He may never live up to the #2 pick level that he was, but in the right situation, I think he can show more than he has with the Warriors.

I agree, I would like to have him. I was just looking at the list of players they could have had at #2. Granted most of the really good players in that draft were guards/SFs, which they did not need.

Whatever happened to the old adage "don't count on the refs to decide the game's outcome". Am I to believe the Lakers are the victims of systemic poor officiating? I am sure if you plotted out all the blown calls Lebron would be on the winning side of those.

Watching the Kings struggle with the Wolves and the Lakers competing with the team with the best record in the league, really makes me impatient with Joe. This is the season that the league is the most wide open it's been in a long time and there's no telling when it will be again. So if there is any way to put a highly competitive roster around Dame, that works in Chauncey's system... waiting until the off season to make that happen shouldn't be the mindset.
I think only real contenders are Boston, Milwaukee, Philly, Denver, and Brooklyn if healthy. As for the Lakers challenging the Celtics in a regular season game, it means nothing. We blew out the 73-9 Warriors in regular season. Didn’t mean the playoffs were wide open.

To me even they look very beatable. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up winning it all this season but I also won't be blown away if they end up getting upset the way they did the Sonics back in 1994. The parity is crazy right now. If we make moves that balance this roster and make it make sense around Dame and Chauncey's system, while simultaneously mortgaging our future for the right second star... I wouldn't be afraid of the Nuggets in a seven game.
Denver beat is in playoffs without MPJ and Murray. They’re on a different level than us.

So it's purely subjective? I honestly don't really like showboating but i understand it. NBA is a business and it sells.

So you don’t like Dame pointing to wrist? I kind of agree.

I'm with you guys. It's the worst part of sports to me. I wanna see guys dunk and turn and run the other way without the arrogant showing up of the opponent. Tim Duncan was a great example.

I had to look up what "Triple H" is? I still cannot figure out why he was fined?
Can someone break this down into terms that an old man would understand? Please?

I love that you said "break this down" cause now I got the DX song in my head.

Lol Triple H (along with Shawn Micheals) created the WWF stable called Degeneration X during the attitude era. Their signature line was a crotch chop (they either did it with hands separated or like an X over their crotch). Which is what you saw. They were an anti corporate stable. Also, HHH would usually say "let's get ready to SUUUUCK ittttt" lol. The attitude era is rightfully regarded as the greatest era of wrestling, though it only lasted about 6-7 years.

In beautiful irony, HHH is now the boss of the entire company. Lol

I would trade GP2 for him.

I don't really like showboating at all. Dame time is a catchy phrase though. It sells and the NBA is a business. Didn't mind Melo's three to the dome. Seemed pretty casual.

For those of you who think you are arguing with me about if the West is wide open to us as our roster is constituted... I'm not making that argument. I'm saying that there is no dominant team in the league this season. Yes Denver is really good and so are the Celtics and Bucks but I could see any of those teams getting upset in the first round with the parity in the league right now. What I am trying to say is that because there is no dominant team the time to use every asset we have to get in the running is right now, not this summer, now. I think if we leveraged all of our draft assets we could both balance the roster and add a second all star/all nba player.

If we swing for the fences now, we could contend as early as this season but at the very least we would get the roster we would end up with some playoff experience together and be starting next season steps ahead of where we will be if we sit on our hands right now or make some Olsheyish-deckchair-shuffling-bullshit-moves.

Zach Collins 16/11 and 2 blocks he really look good last on both ends. First time I seen where he jumping for rebounds.
