Young McGrady looked horrendous. Later when he got better, he held a grudge against the franchise for being so down on him early in his career.
 
Toronto is 0-11 against Atlantic Division. They will need a bunch more of that to keep their pick. Portland sitting 3 games behind the Raptors currently.
 
Wizards coach is out and he's transitioning to an FO advisory role.

This is exactly what I have been predicting for Chauncey. He's got a good vision but the hands on improvement as a tactical coach just isn't there.

Do you really think the team is going to change coaches when so unhealthy, tanking and in such transition?
Young players take time. Rookies take time. If you haven’t seen individual improvements from many players, then I don’t know what to tell ya.
Unfortunately most in this forum are instant drive thru fans.

ahh okay. I thought you were on the fire Billups now campaign. im not sure if he is the right coach to get us to the promised land. Possibly not. But I think he is the right coach for player development, which is the most important need right now.

I don't watch You Tube for basketball anymore. Not since One of the dudes decided to get stupid in a comment to me. I simply read some of what they post on the TweeterX. They of course know everything the current coach is doing wrong and point it out during every game. They don't know jack shit about what is actually happening with the team and what is happening behind the scenes but they use that word "Scheme" a bunch and figure Billups should be using players much differently.
Hmmm? Come to think of it? I believe we heard many of the same types of things with the last coach as well. I wonder If it has more to do with getting clicks rather than actually discussing basketball?

There aRe tons of YouTubers out there. It’s hard to find who has what connections to validify what is being said. I mostly gave up on it years ago.
 
what a pathetic loser. It's a privilege to watch these guys play and to treat an opponent's player like shit just shows how low we have sunk.

From all of the early reports, this fan did not go over the line. Luka was salty from getting his ass dragged by the Suns. This fan was saying the same stuff in the first quarter when the Mavs were up. When the game flipped, Luka flipped. Sore loser.
 
Soft. If you're a professional athlete and THAT comment is too much, you're soft. Yell something personal about someone's family, use vulgarity, etc. - sure. Saying your conditioning sucks (which is often said about Luka) should not be getting a fan kicked out of the game.

Would the guy say it to a complete stranger, 6'7", in the grocery store? Of course not. I just don't treat people that way, especially in public on TV, and think it's pathetic. People, for obvious reasons, now think they can yell anything they want at people and be a total asshole.

I was just watching highlights of the game and I seriously (honestly!) thought the Mavs had acquired Kenneth Lofton Jr.. Who's the fatty? I thought, in my Boomer-esque, would embarrass the younger generation way. It was Luka.

What you don't realize is that, by complete coincidence, what the fan shouted means something incredibly obscene about your mother in Serbo-Croatian.
