Oregon Ducks 2023!

I saw a tweet coming out of the SEC that they believe Oregon is the only team that can give Georgia a game. The problem is, that would likely come in the 1st playoff game and not in the Final.

I’ve watched Georgia plenty this year. Their defense isn’t anywhere as good as teams of recent past. Especially on the line

smh, he's Oregon's all time leading scorer... and thats not because he sucks

sucking and being good is a spectrum, just ask sly (he’s on the sucking end of things, but that’s a different ballpark). Lewis does not suck, but he’s not great, either.

If he doesn’t suck, what does sucking look like?

Angie Machado asked people not to screenshot and share, so I won't

however, she said that she's hearing from 'several sources she trusts' that Smith will be named the new HC at MSU sometime this weekend

extremely delicious irony watching this ass-hat eat shit:

looks like Damien Martinez might be transfer portal bound if Smith leaves (it might be a beaver migration out of Corvallis sadly):

I don't think it's a 100% done deal yet

If the Huskies lose tomorrow it doesn't matter if beat them next week, we won't make the playoffs.
I won't be rooting for them to win or lose vs WSU, all I care about is Oregon destroying them the following week and being the final Pac 12 champs. Whatever happens after that with the selection committee happens, bring on the Fuskies!

If Nix wasn't on the team this year what would our record look like?

Doesn't matter who wins, we need the Michigan vs Ohio State game to be a blow out by one of the teams.

Hard to say

if you look at each game though, the only one that was close enough to argue it could have easily went the other way would have been Texas Tech. Maybe some mediocre QB play would have turned the WSU & USC games, but both of those games were at Autzen; that makes a difference. I think worst would be 9-3; more likely 10-2

the scoring margins:

+74...+8...+45...+36...+36...-3...+14...+29...+44...+9...+36...+24. There's a lot of room for error in those margins

I'm pretty sure, if Nix has left after last season, that the Ducks would have went to the transfer portal for a QB. Ty Thompson sure wasn't ready

the other side of that is if Nix would have remained healthy all of last season. Would the Ducks have been 11-1 after the civil war game? I think so. The CCG against Utah might have been a tough re-match though

Disagree. Thus far, Michigan's best win of the year is vs then #10 Penn State on the road while tOSU's best win was at home vs then #7 Penn State. The only other time either school played another ranked school this year was when the Buckeyes took down #9 Notre Dame in South Bend. For Oregon to make the final four they'll have beaten #4 Washington (I'm assuming they beat WSU today) on a neutral field next Friday. They also beat then ranked #19 Colorado, #13 Utah & #16 Oregon State with combined scores of 108-19

Especially given the dominant roll the Ducks have been on since their close road loss to then #7 UW, I think it's very likely the Ducks control their own destiny

The drones were impressive.

Looking at the tweets from Digital Dam, I hope that guy isn't betting with his opinions. Damn! Don't let emotion get in the way of reality.

Pretty safe to say Digital Dam is one of those engagement accounts who is just pandering to what his followers want to hear and doesn't believe most of what he's tweeting.

Welp….. what does this do to the playoffs? Does tOSU have a better one loss resume than Oregon?

Why can’t Corum keep from busting his nose in a game???? Maybe start wearing a visor dude.
