OSU defense played tough football.
Utah had nowhere to go.

I couldn't tell if I was watching great defense or horrible offense.

Regardless, those are two gritty teams nobody will want to play (when healthy).

seemed like about every time I tuned the game in another Utah player was being helped off the field. Sounds like they are a MASH unit right now

Their injury situation is brutal.

If they get fully healthy, they're going to be a nightmare and the rest of the country won't realize they're far better than their record will show.

We beat the shit out of their 2 QB’s. Probably went overboard with the 2 targeting hits. Our defense was just nasty last night.

Anyone offended by that needs to lighten the fuck up. I'm so sick of oppressive societal censorship. Live and let live.
I find it over the top hypocrisy that the generations pushing this, are also the generations that have accomplished the near removal of "consequences for your actions"

38 combined points in the first half; 36 more in the third quarter alone. Trading touchdowns with this Bears team might've been enough to sneak out with the win, but it doesn't engender a ton of confidence in their defense. They're looking pretty fortunate now though; I think that fumble recovery and score may have changed the whole tenor of the rest of this game.

Good plays on offense, but their defense left a bit to be desired for stretches. A W is a W though. Gotta keep up the mojo next game vs the Bruins.

before conference play started, I figured Utah would have the best defense in the PAC, and OSU would be a close 2nd. But the Beavs gave up nearly 1000 yards and 78 points to WSU and Cal. Now, both of those games were on the road, but defense is supposed to be more portable than offense. Their defense has shown some weaknesses against both rushing and passing

so it's pretty amazing that the best defense in the PAC might not be in SLC or Corvallis...it's in Pasadena and the head coach is Chip Kelly, of all people. That DC he hired is very very good
