Beavs beat the Cougs and continue to turn their season around.

They have a chance to win the next two. Probably lose the game back to the Cougs away.

They didn't look too good tonight but a win is a win.

Maybe it was partially coaching?
 
Yeah, it was a nice win!

I'm not sure how much is coaching, we had some good moments earlier this season just seems every 50/50 situation went against the Beavs by the end to lose all of the 7 games. As you say didn't look great Saturday either, helps being at home and helps that the Cougs have tons of their own issues.

Glad the Pac already had that TV deal agreed to because this season nearly all of the teams look worse.
 
That was one UGLY game ... really hoping we get the last laugh in Pullman but Cougs will be coming off their 3rd cross country trek facing off with a ranked team (looking like James Madison will be top 25 by then) in the eastern timezone, while the Beavs will once again be coming off a bye right before that game.

It wasn't perfect but they looked like an actual football team. Under Aken they've played harder and with more purpose on every snap than on any snap before he took over. The defense was clearly gassed at the end and for once the Beavers had a stroke of good luck to win a game rather than the other way around. Go Beavs!

No he won't. 4th degree assault. 4 counts of harassment, Coercion, and criminal mischief are all misdemeanor charges. 7 counts of sending an image.
These are all domestic charges. He will do a little jail and get out on probation. As he should.
he will have a number of community service hours he will need to do and i'm sure there will be some sort of anger management courses he will have to take.
You don't ruin a kids life for a bad relationship and choices they make when they get in one.

Why do you go into threads and post a drive by like that? Like, what's the point? You already have let everyone know you hate football. It isn't like you follow anything about OSU football other than headlines you read.

Ayers deserves to be punished if the allegations are true.

If they hit the woman, yes you do. They deserve to be punished for that behavior.

Don't know where anyone said a life sentence is necessary. But anyone acting like it isn't a big deal is really fucking gross.

Seems like he is being accused of much more than just one 4th degree assault charge.

KJ said he should go to jail, but that you don't ruin a kids life over these charges. You said yes you do, and he needs to be punished. I agree he needs to be punished. I think he should take his punishment and people should not brand him for the rest of his life. I think maybe it was an unfortunate choice of words and that we three probably agree for the most part.

Court documents allege that, among other things, Ayers hit Rodriguez in the face with a bag; grabbed her by the throat and applied pressure; slapped her across the face; yanked her backward by the hair; and posted sexually explicit videos of her on social media.
“She described he would slap her across the face, hit her in the back of the head, grab her by the collar of her clothing, grab her by the waist, physically restrain her from leaving, and even grabbed her by the throat on more than one occasion,” the affidavit reads

See above for more description on what he is being accused of.

Imagine if that was your daughter.

"Ruining someone's life" doesn't necessarily mean being locked away forever. Being kicked off the team, going to jail until he is rehabilitated and having prospective partners search your name to see how you have treated your exes is probably enough.
