Idk

They were ahead for most of the game and once again had a 10pt+ lead in the 4th

Houston is legit. Blazers need to play almost perfect if they want to win this series, even up 2-1.

How did you like Batum tonight?

So is the NBA going to make an announcement that the refs blew the call when Mo was fouled, leading to the winning three point shot?

I'll wait.

You should probably hold your breath too.

I knew it wasn't going to be a sweep but still, this hurts.

Terry needs to make some adjustments. I really hope he doesn't continue to stay small. Houston plays better when they're using that small ball lineup since Howard can just outrebound LMA.

One thing tho... our guys just saw how EASY it is to blow by Harden. Nic took like 5 methodical dribbles to drive from the 3pt line to the hoop on multiple occasions. Wow that guy can't play D at all

Three plays will haunt me all night. Aldridge is fouled while shooting, scores, basket is denied, foul called "on the floor". Two points, possibly three. Dame fouled going to the basket, scores, basket denied, offensive foul called (bad call). Two points, possibly three. Mo fouled on the steal, no call, rookie scrub makes game winning three.

That said, Houston played physical defense all night (which is why they fouled us more than we fouled them, Nate), and three different Blazers -- LaMarcus, Dame, and Batum -- missed shots at the end that would have won the game.

Sucks.

I'd run PnR's with Harden's man to get Harden switched onto Lillard.

Lunchmeat.

Not to mention Thomas Robinson's obvious clean block called a goal tend. I don't understand those who say the refs weren't responsible. Where are the bad calls in Portland's favor? Big difference between 2-1 and 3-0. Portland could easily lose this series now. The refs have fucked us in every god damn game.

Haynes is awfully confident.

I personally think Portland is the better team. Why things happen as they do. No clue. But I expect them to win.

Yet another great interview with Dame. "Nobody said it would be easy"

People can put their heads in the sand all they want but the NBA wanted to avoid a sweep at all costs.

Agree on the LMA one, but not Dame... that was a charge. Thought the refs did pretty well overall. We just seemed tired a few possessions...

Again, this came down to a broken ass play and a scramble and a guy hitting a 3. I think we still take it in 6. Never did think we were going to sweep. Being up 3-0 would have been super nice, but I'm not going to lose a whole bunch of sleep. We still got one at home... winning sunday up 3-1 gives me a ton of hope.

Well...I agree with you. Every time we took control, the refs did just enough to take it back.

I also think the Blazers could have overcome that, by making their shots at the end. They kind of choked.

Thought you said we would win? ;)

I predicted Blazers in 6, so we are back on track for that.

Just have to play with confidence on Sunday and take care of business.

Dame was already in the air when Harden slid under him. That's a blocking foul.

I think it was a charge on Dame too, the problem is James Harden had just done the EXACT same thing to Mo Williams on the other end and it wasn't called.

Did like how Portland kept their originality tonight and didn't white or black out the arena.

Really hard fought battle tonight but this is really good basketball on a lot of levels. Rockets took this one
