My Problem with Scoot is he has a lot of these bad shooting nights, yes he improved, i still dont trust him though.

what are people expecting....? hes a 19 year old rookie..... hes going to have good nights just like he has his bad nights and of course his shooting needs improvement we all knew that coming into this.

He's a 19-year-old rookie.

Last season's #1 pick then-19-year-old rookie.

He took 33 three-point shots in the month of February.

Guess how many 3-pointers Banchero made in February of 2023.

The answer: One. He shot 3%.
Scoot is a 20 year old rookie.

its like they expect him to come in AVG a triple double and act like a 10 year vet...
But even IF he was averaging a triple double, this place would still be hating on him. …….Russ on Line 1

Stay healthy and the Clips and Russ are going all the way this year and taking it.

Just got booked to work for them again in the playoffs. If I get a ring, I’ll let you wear it FAMS!

The Clips have 4 guys that can take over a game. That is really hard to match.
Yeah you don’t hear as much smack being talked about them on here as you did right after the Harden trade. Shit takes time to marinate man. They are going to be tuff come April!

I would like to see his assists up and scoring down, but he's been playing off the ball more in the past few weeks. I want to see him run the offense.

Hopefully KL is healthy, because otherwise, they will be a lot more beatable. (I like watching KL play basketball).

So Basketball Reference has Simons as 6-3 and 181 lbs.
Now Scoot is listed as 6-3 and 202 lbs.
One thing I'm not sure about is that Simons and Scoot are the same height? I have always thought Simons was an inch or two taller? Maybe it's the hair?
No @SlyPokerDog neither will be playing center.

In person, Scoot looks huge compared to Ant.

Someone needs to go measure those guys.

Did Simons grow? He's being announced at 6'4" now. Or maybe his earlier height was incorrect.
Didn’t they change the official measuring from bare feet to shoes a couple of years ago? Maybe the change is to reflect that.

They play IN shoes, no need to measure without.

Ant's new shoe:

Notice how when he takes off as athletic as he is, he doesn’t float like Shay does, or the other athletic highflyers. He is a big dude, and that muscular body doesn’t stay up in the air as long as those lightweights do. When he explodes toward the basket he’s coming down pretty fast which leads to some turnovers. But that big body is going to get him to the free throw line
