37 to 15 rebound advantage and we are only up 5. Usually when you win the rebound advantage by 20 you’re winning by 20.
 
We're not playing anything close to perfect.
 
nice P&R action at the end there with great spacing. more of that, attack before they switch. the big has to sprint to the hoop like nurk did there

Pretty much Nurk's only weakness is finishing in close. The guy has an amazing nose for the ball and off the charts BB IQ>

Dame's only triple double was against the Rockets.
 
A lot of it is down to the way they defend the arc but it’s been annoying that all three games so far have been opponent three point barrages where they’re making them at a good clip. It’s an annoying brand of basketball to watch.

I think a read a stat somewhere where teams shoot an extraordinarily low % at the rim against the Rockets relative to what you would expect. Not sure if players just rush their shots because they think bringing the ball down low will get it stripped, but our guys just need to take their time.
 
I'm not sure how many more times Lillard is going to have a subpar first half that people flip out about only to have a great second half before people start to understand that the game is more than 24 minutes and more than just points. It blows my my that people still doubt Dame.

We are wide eyed and rushing shots inside, just need to slow down, focus, and use our size.

Rockets are "small" but they're strong. That's part of it too.
 
I still can’t get over the play late where Melo was stripped going up and came back down with the ball and the ref called traveling. IT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU!

Yeah probably because they're playing teams that are playing fast and shooting a lot of 3s because they're playing from behind.

It's not even finishing because he can do that and do it well. He just rushes it sometimes. He used to always just flick it up as fast as he could, he's getting better about having more intention with his shots inside but he still has improvement to make.
