Our halfcour sets have the PG hanging around the 3pt line... and the SG driving. For those plays, Miller was the PG in the sets.

There's no basketball commandment that says that sets have to be designed to set the point guard up for a three-pointer. It made sense when the point guard's main value was shooting three-pointers. It's time to use the point guard differently.
 
One of the assistant coaches is reading this board during the game and conveying our coaching decisions to Nate.

Do you know what a bailout three is? Guys are dumping him the ball with 2 or 3 seconds left when he's got no time to set a play, drive or dish. That's on other guys, not Miller.
