Do away with corrupt campaign contributions which only seem to pay for commercials that seldom actually state and point out what a candidate's views/policies are, but instead only tell us how terrible the other guys is. ...(unfortunately, in many cases, the only way a person can make themselves look good based on their own merits, is to try to make someone else look bad)

In that scenario's place, have a series of say 5 government funded TV debates and let us formulate our own opinions/votes based on that.

If the choice is Biden vs Mango Mussolini or DeSantos, I'll take Biden.

But Biden running again is just another way for the DNC to fuck something up because they're clueless towards what the party wants.

Tho, the GOP is still worse, as they know what their party wants, but have no idea what the country wants.

If the parties actually had any control, people like Trump and Marianne Williamson and Andrew Yang would never get near a debate stage.

They aren't. They have no way to force Biden to debate, or not to debate.

Obviously, it isn't time for primary debates now, but if it were, Biden would likely not debate because he doesn't have anyone worthy of debating.
Maybe that will change by this time next year, maybe not.

In the general election, I'd be pretty surprised if Biden refused to debate.

It turned into vote for the sake of the Country, rather than the man who holds the job. A two party system divides and this term is the worse ever. Got to say. Biden at least listens to advice and relates with the logical voters.

Republicans try hard to find an attack line. Biden is white and male so that lets out a lot. He has been around for decades as a centrist so they can try to paint him radical left but hard to make it stick. They do say they know something really nefarious that they will eventually show evidence for (along with Obama's birth certificate and Trump's health care plan?). Rather like Alice in Wonderland where verdict came first, then the trial.

Best they can is senile. Barely alive. Can hardly stand up.
His recent interview on MSNBC, I didn't agree with everything by a long shot but they were not softball questions and he handled them all with clarity.

A working definition of senile dementia I just read:

It has a pathological memory impairment and at least one other component, such as personality changes, difficulties with judgments, speech, abstract reasoning, planning, or decision making.

Describes one presidential candidate and it's not Biden.
