Hoop: He and Obama may be the few who can relate to common people like you and me. Unfortunately, gas prices are supply/demand, State tax rated, and influenced by self serving market speculators.
 
Having been an early adopter of EVs (thanks to my wife) - I think that would like Joe to renew the push for electrification of the fleet where-ever possible. It will make the planet better, help fight climate change and reduce demand - which will keep gas prices down for the places where it still makes sense.

In addition, for most drivers - it is actually more enjoyable as a daily transportation mode. Even tho I am definitely a "car guy" and I love sport cars, race cars, stinky old carbureted engines - it is time to make the internal combustion engine a specialty niche product...

Someone hasn't been keeping up with the Nashville news feed I see....traitors all around your hometown....sounds like a Johnny Cash song...Joe will occassionally drink water, eat a meal, kiss his wife....and by the way...he was vaccinated on camera as well....and tested for the innauguration....but hey..don't you have some Trump voter crow to swallow? Shouldn't you be pointing your finger at the guy who incited an insurrection against democracy and the rule of law? Dead cops ....no word from you but a maskless dig from a guy who took a covid spreader vacation? Whew.......bon apetit....don't swallow the feathers!

Have you considered Joe and Kamala as unifying figures after your divisive president's coup attempt? I thought Joe's speech was very heartfelt and addressed the needs of the country after Jan 6th but that young woman's poem was a national treasure......class is finally restored to the oval office...America threw out the trash.

For a guy who supported a traitor who incited a mob to try and trash the Constitution, assault law enforcement (despite condemning it from “the other side”) and to the overthrow the duly elected government of the United States, your comments and observations have absolutely no credibility. It’s just @ABM tossing another turd in the punch bowl for his own private amusement. And that only makes you Donald Trump Lite.......you certainly have high goals in life......way to hit them!

I see, so the 400k deaths stem from Trump's comments way back upstream. Way too early to determine if Biden/Harris will be "unifying figures" or not. I've stated numerous times in here, though, that if Biden got elected, I'll support him. Doesn't mean I won't take jabs, though. Apparently, you're a little too thin-skinned to know the difference, but that's cool. No harm, no foul.

I took a couple of jabs at your posts....someone is thin skinned...not me....I used your drivel insult to frame your political allegiances properly....it's not 3D chess...I'm willing to let the past be the past with any conservatives who join me in being horrified and condeming the attempt against our democracy....until then...it's jab time...when republicans can finally agree that the truth is actually the truth....we'll be making america better for a change

Oh don't get me wrong....I don't blame him for everything....I have a very, very long explicit list of things to blame Trump for....another for Rudy...another for McConnell...another for Cruz and Hawley....another for that bat shit crazy Q Anon lady from Georgia.the Proud Boys...the Aryan Brotherhood, the Neo Nazis......it's not an exclusive Trump list although it does contain a few Trumps....Flynn..Bannon...Stone....there's a whole cult of dangerous assholes I want held accountable...now we can weed them out of the forum of public opinion for good.

Great, then let justice take its due course and hope the truth - ALL of the truth comes out. Meanwhile, we have a new President we can begin focusing on moving forward.
