But two right wing state attorneys general sued. A far right Trump appointed judge in a totally unprecedented decision overruled the president and a deal with a foreign head of state. Administration appealed. Trump/McConnell supremacist court ruled for the judge. Headlines read Biden continuing Remain in Mexico program but should read Trump continuing Remain in Mexico policy since the Trump/McConnell court apparently thinks he is president.
