Yeah I don't see how this changes anything. Sure he is going to try for a big deal. Why wouldn't he. But at the same time why would any other team be more inclined to give him anymore than we would. There are too many other free agents out there that can be targeted, and more next year. I just can't see other teams just paying him because they have cap space. I think his injury hurts him more with other teams than with us. It takes a lot of potential competition out of play IMO.

This is more even but still makes no sense. Nic, Leonard and 23 would be a better option for Cousins because Leonard could start at the 4 and space the floor and Nic could play at the 2, giving them another ball handler, spacing, and an insanely tall starating lineup.
