Jerami 4-5 from deep, 18 points at halftime

great pass from Scoot to end the half but then crap the bed on the inbounds by Kyrie

Ant is getting jobbed by the refs but the frustration leading to bad effort is not excusable.

Needs to recalibrate that frustration at half and come out on fire looking to name names.

I know the Blazers are bad, but, if I didn't know better, I'd think they're throwing this game.

Proven scorers missing uncontested layups badly and throwing inbounds passes to the other team for runout dunks. Playing 2-3 zone for much of the half against a team with no height and a plethora of shooters. The shot selection, the lack of any effort on defense. Scoot handling the ball the start the game and going off, then being used as a small forward for almost the rest of the half.

Just really strange.

driving into traffic doesn't always get a whistle. Dame has be "jobbed" by the refs a thousand times

this halftime "show" is embarrassing, put a bullet in his forehead

The first half looks like strangers were made to make a team and play together for the first time.

Mavs up 30-16 pip
Dallas fast breaking with ease. Even after made shots. Chauncey's baseline squish offense is coughing up easy buckets.

I know winning doesn't matter this year, but this team doesn't feel like it has any future.
I don't think this roster as constructed has any future but Shaedon definitely has a bright future, Scoot definitely has a bright future, I'm not sure if it's in a starting lineup or off of the bench but Toumani has a very bright future, we already knew what Deandre had brought to the game in the past.

I don't think having Ant allows Scoot to get cooking as hot as he's capable of. I know Jerami is taking shots away from guys who have a higher upside. I think Malcolm would be far more valuable on a playoff team as their facilitator and perimeter defender who can hit open shots. I like Tisse for the role he fills so if no one values him enough he can be here for the rest of his career.

We will need to add talent through the draft and trades but if you see the core of this team as Scoot, Shae, Toumani and Deandre, I think that a well built roster with that foundation definitely has a very bright future... as in a future that's a few seasons away from being really really bright.

I think despite his glaring weaknesses Deandre really helps this defense function at a lot closer to an acceptable level.

Zero movement or creativity on offense. It's horrendous. Chauncey should at least take some responsibility. I hope they're active are deadline to trim some fat from the team.

that was a pathetic batch of chuckball
goodness gracious
