In fairness, if you voted for Trump, you are crazy.
Your OPINION, not FACT. And OPINIONS shouldn't dictate how we treat people. Not on a forum, and not in person. That's half the reason why our country is so divided right now.
I don't appreciate a Moderator, of all people, equating me with a mass murderer just because I own an AK-47 and voted for Trump. That's like calling my neighbor who drives a Honda and belongs to a Honda Owners Club a criminal because someone stole a Honda in Las Angeles and went on a police pursuit.
That I'm somehow responsible for this atrocity is ludicrous and insulting. I'm no more responsible for this than an Italian person is for the Mafia.
Are you responsible for ANTIFA's criminal behavior because you live in Portland and vote Left? Unless you are actively a member, then no, of course you aren't.
I've been called lots of things in my life by lots of different people, both Left and Right wing. Yet I've never killed anyone. This idea that Trump's words on Twitter, or the fact that he wants a wall at the border, is somehow breeding this shit is beyond asinine. I can't even fathom the mind of the person who honestly believes that bullshit.
The President hasn't told me to do shit other than vote for him. And he's certainly never told me to kill someone.
Personal responsibility and choice is a thing. And we need to hold those accountable who make poor choices and break the laws, not make up baseless "connect-the-dots" rhetoric about other people who are innocent because of how they vote or what they own.
Also, WHY do you own an AK-47?
I own guns for self defense and hunting, but see 0 reason to own an assault rifle.
I love my guns. If some asshat tries to come into my home unwelcomed, I will put put 2 bullets into the fucks head......just to be sure the piece of shit doesn't survive. Still see no need for an assault rifle
Again, your OPINION. I have a Constitutional Right to own whatever I legally want, and I don't owe anyone an explanation for anything. We live in a country of Wants and Desires, not Needs and Requirements. Do you owe me an explanation about why you chose the car you drive, or the house you live in?
And by the way, it's not an Assault Rifle; it doesn't have full-auto or select-fire function. I've fired an ACTUAL Assault Rifle (a police-issued rifle with an M16 lower), and this is nothing like it. It is a semi-automatic rifle no different than a Ruger 10/22.
