Oh well... not a terrible signing but after some of the rumors yesterday that it was for the min, it's a little disappointing. Still a legit backup C.^Athletic

I expect a CJ trade still. but I'm OK with what has been done so far. I think Zeller better all around than Kanter. Mclemore doesn't really replace Melo but just knowing Melo not coming back is an upgrade and we know whoever replaces him will be benched if he is not producing, something that didn't happen with Melo.so far: Blazers have re-signed Powell which is something they absolutely had to do
and it looks like they have replaced Melo with McLemore and Kanter with Zeller....?
and Portland's established wing rotation of actual wing-sized players is RoCo,,,then Little, Jones, and Elleby. And most expect Jones is trade bait
there needs to be some good surprise(s) in the rest of free agency, or the run-it-back model is worse than last season. Of course, maybe there's a much bigger surprise on the trade front
So what does that mean? Can we sign anybody else on anything bigger than the minimum?^Athletic
Not if it is true.So what does that mean? Can we sign anybody else on anything bigger than the minimum?
If it’s the TPMLE, no. But again I haven’t seen definitive reportingSo what does that mean? Can we sign anybody else on anything bigger than the minimum?
Raps sign another forward. Siakam move possibly coming?
Money wise it was a win for Powell. Position wise remains to be seen. We gotta get him playing SG.It was incredibly important to bring Powell back.
Losing him would have been a disaster.
It was a huge win for all sides: Dame/Portland/Powell
Another wing gone
It's Aminu, isn't it?But there have been quite a few talks involving DJJ, I don't want to report who, but I'd keep an eye on this.

Yes - we would've dropped from mediocre to just-below-average.It was incredibly important to bring Powell back.

you really think this shock jock idiot on radio even understands the implications of this? doubt he even knows.Someone ask about the Zeller deal
Neil has implied that with his actions.you really think this shock jock idiot on radio even understands the implications of this? doubt he even knows.
he keeps harping on and on that neil thinks this is coaching problem and billups fixes everything (even when Neil never said that). what a waste bringing Fischer with this moron asking questions.
what a waste of 15 minutes with the most connected guy this side of Woj.This idiot didn’t ask any questions we already didn’t know the answer to
