Oubre, Iggy, Johnson, Gibson, Millsap are all plus defenders even now. Even Porter was the epitome of 3 & D before he fell off a cliff cuz of injuries. Blake is probably the only one on that list who hasn't historically been a defender.

Really, no one on any team is truly gonna do anything against some of the Best in the game. Were talking about having impact guys on the bench who can keep us in the game , by making shots & defending vs. their bench.

You said wing defender which what I was going on. Birch, Griffin, Gibson, Millsap and Porter can guard 4s and some 5s but not 3's reliably.

Millsap is bad now. You should listen to Nuggets fans. He's just straight up bad.
 
There has to be a logical reason why they signed McLemore, it just makes no sense otherwise.

Bench shooters have value. At the minimum, you'll probably find some spot minutes during the season.

But yeah, by my count we have 4 more roster spots? Hopefully there's some more guys that make sense.....
 
Anfernee is trade bait IMO

Going into year 4 and he’s still a fringe rotation player at best.
 
Wish we could add someone on the wing, but Neil seems allergic.

CJ/Ben
Norm/Little/Elleby
Roco/DJJ
Nurk/Zeller

Gives us all of 4 players taller than 6'3", smaller than 6'10". A spot some see the most importance of in the league.
Still, it's day 1.
