Exactly. Basketball, and sport in general is more than the players you put out on the court/field. It's about your whole organisation. Your list is part of that. Injuries are part of that. Having players on your list who are injury prone, or not; is a decision that organisations make. Having players who are susceptible to soft tissue injuries (because of their bodies/movements) on your list, is a decision that is made. Having players that are more prone to collision injuries, because they go harder at the ball, and put their bodies on the line is a decision that is made by the organisation. Yes, it is a risk versus reward in regards to players who go "all out", versus the chances of them being injured by going "all out"; but they are the decisions that organisations and GM's (like Neil Olshey) make. No series can just be dismissed by saying "Oh yeah, but he was injured". Every decision made, both on court, and off court combines to make a perfect storm.
