China, Russia N Korea and Iran have just had 4 years of massive military escalation unchecked.....and they are all connected geographically...if you've ever played RISK...you know what that alliance leads to.....fortunately we still have friends in the region...India will not get invaded without the British getting involved either. Watched a press conference with Biden the other day. He took 30 minutes of questions. My daughter sat down and watched with me which has never happened. I purposely didn't say a word.....after about 10 minutes she gets up, looks at me, and says, "I like how he treated those lady reporters. He was so polite!" smiled and walked out of the room.
That my friends is called progress and a win. How sad that just treating another person with respect actually stood out to my daughter? Could give a fuck what this guy does with the economy. He is actually acting "presidential" and our kids and future generations are seeing and acknowledging it.

Makes so much freaking sense. Say what you want about Joe Biden - but he can read the people and he can read the inevitable and work to speed the progress.

The EV conversion is happening, no matter what. It makes sense to hasten it and build America's competitiveness from both the supply and demand side.

The bar was set historically low under Trump, so it wouldn't take much for any other person to come off as even remotely a decent human being.

My fear is that because his behavior was deemed acceptable by conservatives, that when the next sexist, racist, xenophobic and bigoted moron runs for office, they will be perfectly fine with it.

The GOP railed on Clinton for smoking pot and being a draft dodger, they railed on Clinton for getting a hummer in the oval office, mocked Gore for using his dad to get out of hard duty in Vietnam, mocked Kerry for actually serving in Vietnam and then blindly supported a pot smoking drunk who totally used his dads credibility to get out of serving in Vietnam in George Bush.
