I’m gonna hate losing to lakers if we do this season, so many players I dislike on that squad, I really wish they didn’t have Danny G.

wow...lot of harkless hate in this thread. He's having a pretty good game
I think the Clippers "bench" is a little misleading. Harrell played 38 minutes and Williams played 37 which is more than any of the starters; and Harkless played 29 which is more than 3 of the starters. Tonight, the Clippers brought starting level players off the bench while starting at least 2 bench-level players
The Clippers looked pretty damn good, even without PG13. And while Doc Rivers is whiny & irritating, he's a really good coach
Isn’t that the point though? Their bench is strong enough that they can get away with resting their starters against a team that many “experts” expect to contend for the title. It’s just one game obviously, but it’s a pretty impressive just one game.
The statement was that they had no depth which is different than just talking about bench minutes.sure...I was just pointing out that comparing another team's bench to the Clippers can be misleading because they have rather unorthodox rotations.
And with the way the NBA is right now, lacking centers off the bench isn't as big a deal as it used to be. Especially when Harrell plays much bigger than he is.I get your point, but any way you look at it, Green, Harrell, Harkless and Williams are all capable of being starters in this league. Their only bench weakness looks to be at center.
It doesn't happen very often where the NBA Finals MVP switches to the other conference that summer.Does anybody know if a player has ever lead his team to a title in one conference and then follow it up by winning a title the next season in the other conference?
