...and your views of Cruz and/or Kasich has not been somewhat "draconian"?...please.
...do I really need to go back and copy and paste to refresh your memory?....."people who live in glass houses..."
C'mon '59, my criticism of Cruz and Kasich isn't exaggerated or draconian. I have repeatedly called Cruz an ultra conservative who appears to me as also being too rigid and inflexible. For crissakes sales he's against abortion in ANY case- rape, incest AND the health of the woman at stake. Is this NOT an ultra-conservative and a far right opinion? He's entitled to it, and it's mainly due (according to him) his religious beliefs. It is what it is.....and when they point out Trump's unfavorable ratings amoung women - how the heck do you think Cruz will do amoung women in an election vs Hillary?
Plenty of parents who have daughters, plenty of sisters and mothers...
"against abortion under ANY circumstances". I'm afraid I too disagree with his stance on this hot button issue. And he's bringing his religion into the equation. Now am I being draconian, unfair and irrational in my opinion? Is he not far right of center? I've also said he seems like a good guy.....he's just a bit too far over to the right imo to beat just about any run of the mill DEMOCRAT in the election and he has already shown tendencies of being unable to WORK WITH his colleagues in the Senate.
The guy is too rigid, imo.....that's my assessment......is this an outrageous exaggerated opinion? If you think so, that's fine, your opinion.
As for Kasich, I've called him "wishy washy" and he doesn't (imo) stand tall and decisive on any one singular "main" issue. And at this point he's only staying in the race to help deny Trump getting to 1237 and hopes to somehow be a significant player in a contested Convention.
I don't believe I've labeled either Cruz or Kasich an idiot, facist, Hitler, racist or unstable to the point of destroying America as is the case with much of the criticism of Trump on this board.
I have said - months ago, I simply believe and convinced Trump (when the dust settles and IF he's the president) is just as able and capable of as any of the others from both partys. jmo
I know Trump is crude and rough around the edges as a campaigning candidate....I just am not buying into the narrative that he'll be insulting foreign leaders on their appearance or facial looks while he's on the phone or in meetings with them.
One of the best kept secrets (lol) is this guy has friends and business associates all over the world and probably has more worldly experience and familiarity with countries than the rest of the field.
Cruz and Kasich are, and have been professional politicians their whole adult life...they specialize in TALKING.....
Republicans have had control of both Houses for a while and Obama has managed to get just about everything he wanted in his budgets including the latest disaster costing 4 billion with money already set aside for future immigrants and Syrian refugees...and the Republican majority wouldn't, couldn't even get "Kate's Law" passed.
An utter DISGRACE!
