Could the Grizzlies become a threat in the tanking race after the All Star break?

Ja acted like a thug and it's easy to play nice when he has to0 but now that his season is lost there is a better chance he will either return to being a thug OR it will give him more time off the court to show he is not the thug he acted like by brandishing firearms like he is a gang banger stuck in the hood. He has more talent then most and instead of embracing it and trying to lift others around him up he reverted back at times to a low life street thug that is what he needs to learn to stop wasting his god given talent / hard work. I will admit I should have not have taken glee in his injury but also I did say I hope he can return and redeem himself but whatever -- LOL

Yeah, I watched the end of that game. Brown did get hit in the head. Was it incidental contact? I don't understand that non-call.

the Celtics got unbelievably hosed at the end of that game. The replay refs had money on the table. After this horsecrap, Porzingus gets called for straight up defense, as Mathurin's hand hits the Celtics big man on the follow through. Even if the Boston had a challenge left, those crooked Pacers fans running the replays would have given Benedict his 3 FT's.

I wonder if the official NBA ref report will ever acknowledge that "the replay crew" got the call wrong. It's the new power player in NBA officiating, the replay "Gods" in Sue-cock-us New Jersey.

I mean, your post just reeks of someone who doesn’t remember what it was like to be young and do stupid shit. Everyone has done stupid shit, including you. Did you cost yourself $10s of millions in the process? I sure hope not. But Ja hurt himself more than anyone else by trying to look cool. No reports of any kids harming anyone with firearms after the incident. The league gave him a lengthy suspension. He’ll learn from it. In five years, I hope, this isn’t something that doesn’t even get brought up. Believe it or not, Gilbert Arenas says enough kookie stuff now that I actually forget he had a firearm in the locker room.

But man, some doofuses talk like they’ve never tried to look cool for a bunch of people they don’t even care about before. Like…everyone knows what that’s like. Anyways, just wanted to offer some perspective. I don’t actually think you’re malicious against Ja.

minimal contact b.s.
the league pulls out an extended world salad rulebook memo to cover up biased officials in the replay booth.
Or maybe they really think it's minimal contact and the correct non call?

Even if they go with the non call there, which I think is crap, they do admit that they then fucked up on the next possession twice. Turner should have been called for an offensive foul, and then Porzingis should NOT have been called for a foul. But, whatever. Fuck Boston, and I like Indy.

no way, there was skullduggary afoot. The replay crew "overturned" the correct call on the floor. Even King James had a cow over the crooked officiating. The guy that got smacked, Jaylen Brown, he wants this crime scene investigated, not buried under supressed controversy.

Raps played really well and got jobbed. We know the season is a wash but this was a typical Ben Taylor fuckjob.

The call that should get some attention was a Lakers player grabbing the rim disrupting a Raptors shot. It was called a tech and no goaltending was awarded. Seems like the wrong call but maybe I don't know the rules. I've just never seen that before. I've seen basket interference a million times. Felt like I was going crazy watching it.

Basically every 50/50 call in the fourth went to the Lakers. They needed all of them to win.

I wonder what referee(s) made a deal with the mafia? Seems like an inside job was happening.
