53 senators voted in favor of paid sick leave. As usual Moscow Mitch blocked it. The Senate is by itself undemocratic (California has a bigger population than 21 combined states) and Mitch makes it even more so. A majority isn't enough to pass anything because he will block it.

Joe's doing the right thing by turning them all in and cleaning house....the other guy denied having them, lied about knowing about them and went to court to get them back...big fucking difference...had Trump turned in everything immediately and brought in a team to find anything missing, he'd have had a case but Joe's think tank office is a bit different from Trump's private disco with unlocked doors and public access. False equivalency but Joe is not the sharpest pencil in the box and he definitely fucked up with his carelessness but his response was the response a leader should have..set it right..Joe has taken every scrap to the National Archives. ..Trump has empty classified folders which is again a different situation...Joe's are so far intact...I'm not a democrat but I am a believer in the truth being the truth....Trump is a proven liar, Joe is a proven senile old dude.

What's funny is Trumpers who think Biden supporters operate in the same head space that they do. I don't know any radical leftist antifa bogeymen who doesn't think Biden should be investigated. The lack of outrage you seem to be alluding to is just everyone waiting for the facts to emerge, and everyone trusts Biden to cooperate, so we don't need any faux outrage and claims of witch hunts to muddy the waters. Every democrat I know wants all potential crimes investigated, not just the "other team".

That being said there are very clear differences in these two cases, anyone who claims different is programed by the propaganda.

The DOJ and FBI are investigating Biden as they should. He immediately turned in the papers that were found and is cooperating. It appears he didn't realize they were mixed in with some other papers when he left office. If found otherwise fine. Let's wait for the facts.

Is it embarrassing for Biden, following the investigations of Trump? Sure. Is it evidence he may be senile? Maybe. Criminal? That's yet to be seen.

On the other hand, Trump purposely took hundreds of confidential files (more of which he may have stored elsewhere. I don't see him or his lawyers looking into that.) and was asked to return them. He refused. That is criminal.

The handful of documents found at Biden's office and his house were locked away, not out in the open on the floor in boxes where anyone could walk in and get them. That is pretty damn irresponsible on Trump's part, especially since a person representing a foreign entity has already tried to get into Mar A Lago.
 
Joe is President, he'll do whatever he wants with classified docs and get away with it. As we learned with the previous occupant, you can't indict a sitting president. Sadly, congress will "investigate" this until the cows come home and nothing will come of it. What a waste of time.

No, even in this very thread, the excuses are flowing for trump wheras the same group wanted trump to go to prison, and repeated rumors that he had 'nuclear secrets' as though they were fact.
