Yeah, it was pretty much obligatory on my part as he's been pining to be my life coach for some time now. Good grammar is always a good show.
Sales....once you write the check you'll understand how this all works....it's not being your coach I pine for...it's the check...and I say that to all the students

Sure thing. Glad it's a check.

I don't think you have to make generalizations about the proud boys or the Nazis. They make their platform very clear. There's nothing to really generalize.

But when we start generalizing Republicans, and not even registered Republicans, but just Republicans in general, that's a very wide net to cast. While if you live in Portland, there really aren't very many people who identify as Republicans or Conservatives, and the numbers back that up. So if you run into an asshole in Portland, there's a really good chance they're a registered Democrat or they identify as a Democrat.
But in the end, you walk away thinking they are assholes and that is the bottom line.

I'm just going to say, maybe you need to get out more.....Portland is deep blue....most of rural oregon is actually red....when a windstorm dropped trees on my neighbors house years ago we all showed up with chainsaws to help.....when someone got robbed we all started a neighborhood watch.....every crisis Oregonians showed up to help....I distributed food to seniors as did my son with the Gleaners program....the local library exist because of retired folks volunteering to run programs for free...the local cops have weekly meeting to air concerns of the locals......it's not Hatfields and McCoys in my Oregon..nobody talks politics much when we help each other...it is more divisive in the OT section here though

so you are saying the outlying areas, the ones in red, are the ones helping each other, and the ones in the city are blue, where i see constant selfishness?
Geez river, thanks for asserting my point.

whens the last time and how often do you visit the city of portland that is blue?

And i need to get out more?

you absolutely just proved my point that republicans. Or red are not selfish greedy people.

you know what? Its actually on both sides, but some people want to say its only republicans.
Well tou just proved that wrong and proved my point.

sometimes i wonder whether you read my posts or just respond to argue?

sure there is....racism....and it's a fact...they promote it..so when I mention them....I believe my stereotype holds true.

this is not a fact and this is the most troubling aspect of your moral superiority complex. You and some others use sweeping judgements based off your OPINION and claim it as fact.

the perfect example of fake news......

You start stating your opinions are facts and using them to label all of a political party the same, you lose all faith and credibility in your statements.
Until you are able to differentiate your opinions from actual facts, im not gonna put much credence into your posts and will just take them as a trolling type post.

i mean really. The only way out of many messes we have is to maintain a division between opinion and fact. The moment we blend the two on a regular basis, we are all doomed.

I dont know how people think they should be taken serious when they insist their opinion is a fact.

dude.......if you haven't figured out what's gone wrong with the country by now then I don't know what to tell you....moral superiority is not the way to judge anti racism....racists have a moral superiority complex..you keep saying the same thing over and over.....and I'm an honest human...not a fake news source so fuck off with that....the GOP is fucked up ....deal with it ..has nothing to do with being better...has to do with being DECENT but how you can't separate the two is beyond me......I don't straddle the fence you seem to love to teeter on....my feet are firmly on the ground...having firm convictions is a good thing....

Well already under Joe we've discovered illegal arms sales by Trump's buddy in Tripoli breaking UN sanctions....and the impeachment managers now say they have full proof without doubt as to Trump's betrayal of the country.....what I like seeing is Joe governing...working and not leading by tweet....it's refreshing...he has an impressive press secretary and cabinet and things are getting sorted out finally....I would have never chosen Joe but have to say I am more confident that he'll start the healing process following the shit storm we've just witnessed in the Capitol

It is clear US President Joe Biden is not up to the task he has been “sworn in to do”, according to Sky News host Cory Bernardi.

“Never before has the leader of the free world been so cognitively compromised,” Mr Bernardi said

“It’s clear to me at the least that US President Joe Biden is struggling with dementia and is clearly not up to the task he’s been sworn in to do.”

Mr Bernardi said it is something which was “evident” during the election campaign, but the “partisan and poisonous” mainstream media chose not to highlight anything which could have “derailed a Biden victory”.

“Even now, after he has been sworn in, many of them are still refusing to speak the truth about Biden’s lack of capacity.”

Joe Biden recently emerged to make his “sanitised” Presidential Town Hall Debut, at which the new president “promptly gave away his teleprompter”.

“The result was nothing short of a disaster … it was littered with total falsehoods,” Mr Bernardi said.

“It’s all rather pathetic, but even usually smart people are blinded by the nonsense put out by the mainstream media. They believe every perceived sin of Donald Trump while they seem intent on canonizing St. Joe.”

uh....Ronald Reagan? He was sick the last two years of his last term....they worked around it.

Go to the Republican stronghold, the deep South, if you can't see racism there then you just might be part of the problem.

Did i say there are no republican racists?
No i did not.

people who generalize are being foolish. Period. Tossing all common sense out the window and taking the easy way out.

period.

If you generalize all into one sect of a sweeping judgement, you ARE part of the problem. Not might be....

That's fine. You were already digging a big enough hole for yourself.
You realize you're really bad at this don't you? yeah...didn't think so........learn the difference between a sales pitch and ditch digging....then post!

Well, if you aren't able to recognize our little play on words progressed from checks, to gold, to mines, to digging holes, then I can't help you.
