What exactly was Cuomo accused of in which he should be charged with something? I haven't been keeping up the Cuomo's or their bad behavior, but a quick review of the wiki page seems to hold to my memory that he's accused of sexual harassment. I am certainly not condoning his behavior, but what kind of charge could he plausibly be charged with for this accusation? I am not a lawyer so I don't know, but I can't think of anything in which he could legally be hit with here.

That said your continued narrative about with the two primary American parties is inaccurate, it's what is called a false equivalence. They aren't the same, and neither is their response. Lets review an example I can think of off the top of my head of both the accusations and the parties responses.
- Republican accusation: Matt Gaetz has been accused of statutory rape and trafficking a minor across state lines with very credible and lengthy amounts of evidence.
- Republican party response: Nothing, literally nothing, not even a condemnation.
- Democratic accusation: From what I recall, and please correct me if I am wrong, Cuomo was sexually harassing women.
- Democratic response: Approval and support of an independent investigation, party driven impeachment trials within NY state, and eventually forcing Cuomo to resign.
Obviously not every single situation is the same, but this is generally the case right now and serves as useful examples of how each of the primary parties respond to such things. You're correct in stating both behaviors are bad, and both should not be tolerated I totally agree on that. But the whole narrative of "Both parties are bad, both parties are corrupt, both parties protect each other" you are always pushing does not pass the smell test here or in the vast majority of these examples. It is pretty much flat out false by virtually every measure, these two things are not the same, nor is the party response to them the same.
