Teachers should also be paid far better.

Yes, for the vast majority of leadership we get now those are absolutely the goals. There is no other reason to do it.

We'd be far better off to give good, smart people more incentive to serve us. As it is, they are far better off becoming an investment banker or getting into tech... Far better reward without having to compromise as much on your morals.

Kidding aside, after the whole Hillary email server debacle the above article is about what I expected for the true handling of these docs by members of our government. It's basically the honor system. If nothing was compromised and it was an accident then nothing will come of it. Biden is fine since he's president of course, and Pence will get a pass. Trump's actions still seem nefarious and that investigation should only increase. Doubt anything will happen from it though.

If anything, there needs to be new protocols on the returning of confidential documents at the end of a president/vice president's term. How and when they are returned. Where and where not such documents are allowed to be taken.


It looks like for Biden and Pence papers just got mixed up, but that's still very irresponsible. If a crime is found it should be handled as such.

Trump committed a crime and his case should be handled as such.

I just don't see how he can run at 82 in 2024?
He doesn't need this shit he should retire and enjoy his family. Its a job for a young experienced person, in my mind.

Right? Why run that old? Same for Trump? Retire, enjoy the time you have left. Why are so many politicians bent on dying of old age in office.
 
Sarah Huckabee Sanders actually said it's a choice not between right and left but between normal and crazy.

Her definition of normal includes Trump, George Santos, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Paul Gosar who spoke at a literal Nazi rally, white supremacist Nick Fuentes, Hitler admirer Kanye West, and Alex Jones.

And freedom, which she repeated about 400 times, means freedom to ban books, outlaw being trans, force pregnancy and end marriage equality.
 
Biden lies to us as often as Trump did. Anyone who believes a word Biden says, is as big of a fool as anyone who believes a word Trump says. Period.
 
I'm sure Biden doesn't alway speak the whole truth and like most all politicians, he sometimes speaks in half-truths in order to make a point (see the SOTU address in the link below), but to try to somehow draw a parallel of honesty between Biden to Trump, is way off the mark...apples and oranges

Exactly. Ratt posts a ton of generalities but ask for specifics, silence. I am not in love with Biden, he was maybe my 6th choice, but he is fundamentally a decent person. Comparing him to Trump isn't apples and oranges, more like apples a bit mushy and toxic waste.

If you can't back up what you say, I have no reason to consider it credible.

Biden is still steering the wrong way.

Same here, Joe is/was never "my guy" so when I voted for him it was not so much a vote for Biden, but instead as I saw it, a vote against Trump.

If you’re not able to determine the difference, then I don’t know what to tell ya. Biden and Trump are about as different as humanly possible.
