Joe Biden wrote and helped pass the crime bill that imprisoned millions of people, mostly minorities, for crimes people like his son get away with. He’s well documented on tape making racist remarks and slurs that would make even modern Republicans blush.

True. Amd because of that, I can't stand the guy. Yet he's still exponentially better than Trump.
 
There should have been other dems in the primary and Joe should have been required debate.

Didn’t watch any of those, but I’ve seen all the poor examples the left keeps coming up with to put Trump on the same cognitive level as Biden. It’s not even in the same universe. Most on the left aren’t even lying to themselves this hard anymore and have accepted reality. Trump slipping up here and there occasionally during hours and hours of public speaking engagements isn’t the same as a senile old man being shuffled around by handlers and slurring his way through mostly incoherant, broken trains of thought, reading teleprompter ques like “pause” and “end” aloud.

Trump with great fanfare while in office went to Wisconsin with a gold shovel and announced a big new deal for manufacturing plant he called eighth wonder of the world. A phrase he used often. Like most Trump it was all show and nothing was built. Biden went to Wisconsin today to announce actual building of new manufacturing plant.
They are not alike.

I'm FAR more concerned about what Trump would do (has done) on purpose than anything Biden might do on accident.

I think the issue is that everyone who is a good politician realized they'd inevitably lose to Biden, so they didn't see any upside. It's very, very hard to beat an incumbent president in the primaries. So you only get half-ass politicians like Dean Phillips and goofballs like Marianne Williamson and RFK Jr.

Not to mention any serious Democrat who ran a primary challenge would be politically finished. In 2028 we should see Newsom, Harris, Whitmer and others.

Right. Joe is at the top of his game. Would be near impossible to beat that guy in a debate.

Debates aren't usually what wins or loses races.

And in fact I don't remember Biden being the consensus choice of winner (or loser) of any of the debates in the 2020 primary.

They left off a number of candidates off the ballot in Florida. How's that for undemocratic? :-(
 
Good thing @Road Ratt has no credibility because he would have lost it with Hitler/Biden comparison.

Hitler wasn't so bad. He was a lot like Biden!

Protesting Israeli policy in Gaza is not Jew hating. Whitewashing Hitler is.

Don't give this bullshit about can't control emotions. A fifth grader knows better. Or should.
